zack was so helpful! after my car broke down recently, i wanted a full inspection to see what else might look suspicious. based off my recent repairs, i had unknowingly overbooked services and he prevented me from spending unnecessary money. when the inspection came back, he was patient in explaining the problems with my car, helped me prioritize services, and was even kind enough to throw some discounts to prevent me from getting back on the road to save $$$ at a different shop (the original quote was on the higher end, but still pretty consistent with most shops). lots of phone calls back and forth. lots of questions from a gal who could 100% be taken advantage of in this situation. good vibes that lessened the blow of dropping 4x the amount i anticipated spending. service was fast. my car was returned to me just as i brought it. i wish i could say i’d be happy to return, but when the time comes…

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve brought my vehicle to this Firestone. Nico and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle so I feel informed and confident in the work being done. I never feel rushed or dismissed, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this location and will definitely continue bringing my vehicle here.

Def recommend. They were able to get me in on short notice when I got my wheels & tires for my car. The shop crew was friendly while I was there. Nico the GM was who worked on my gr86. He treated my car like it was his own, with great care while it was there. (This is very important to me since my car is my baby). My old tires/wheels were dirty & muddy and I thankfully wasn’t pressured to stuff them into my clean car immediately after install. I was able to pick them up a couple days later. There was a little hiccup with my TPMS sensors but Nico was able to figure it out and explained everything to me. Communication was clear & it was a good experience! Will be back for future work for sure👌

Nico and his team always take care of me whether it’s my personal vehicles or it’s my fleet vehicles. Communicates extremely well and gets things done in a timely manner. Very professional and would/will recommend them to anyone looking for a new shop to call home!

Please do not go to this store. I paid $500 in repairs- including break fluid- and the tech did not mention that my break pads were completely worn out. Two weeks later my breaks completely failed. I would have absolutely spent the money to fix them, but instead I was put in an exceptionally dangerous and traumatizing situation where my life was on the line. Additionally, when I picked up my car, I found that they left it unlocked in the parking lot overnight. Nothing was stolen, but when I spend money with someone, I would expect them to treat my property as their own and this was absolutely not the case here. Tire discounters on ridge ave was where I took my car to fix the issue and they were nothing but lovely. Very professional, fair prices, and a clean and friendly waiting area.
